Citibank Contacts

The CitiDirect service class that is used by Citibank to establish Citibank personnel, such as Implementation Managers, within CitiDirect and assign them as contacts to clients.  A Citibank contact can be assigned to multiple clients, and a single client can be assigned multiple Citibank contacts.

To access the Citibank Contacts, click the Activation category on the CitiDirect navigation bar, and then click Citibank Contacts.  The Citibank Contacts Summary Form appears.

Use Citibank Contacts to:

• Create a new Citibank contact

• Modify an existing Citibank contact

• Delete selected Citibank contact information

• View detailed Citibank contact information
