To authorize, return for repair, or reject (delete) an transaction entity

From the Account Management Summary Form:

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Account Management.  The Account Management Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Authorization Req'd Tab.

  3. The Client field defaults to the client to which you are associated.  To change the client, click the Library Look-Up button.  The Search Definition Dialog box appears.  Enter Search Criteria to find the client, and then click Run Search.  A Library Look-Up Dialog box appears, listing clients that meet the criteria you entered.

    Select the client you want to authorize account numbers, base numbers or WorldLink® IDs for and click OK.  The Input/Modify Tab will now display any accounts, numbers, or IDs linked to that client with an "Authorization Required" status.

  4. Select the entities to authorize.  To select multiple entities, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

  5. Click Authorize.

Click Reject to reject (delete) the link.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter the reason for rejecting the link and click OK to close the dialog box.  Note:  If you are rejecting multiple linkages the same reason applies to all entities.  If the same reason does not apply, select each line individually.
