Account Management

The CitiDirect service class used to identify the transactional entities, such as accounts, base numbers, or WorldLink® IDs, that a client will use for transacting and reporting in CitiDirect and link them to the client's CitiDirect account.

To access the Account Management, click the Activation category on the CitiDirect navigation bar and then click Account Management.  The Account Management Summary Form appears.

Use Account Management to:

• Link transactional entities to clients

• Select a client and delete linkages

• Authorize, return to repair, or reject (delete) account management records
