To delete account assignments

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation and then click Account Management. The Account Management Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Input /Modify Tab.

  3. The Client field defaults to the client to which you are associated.  To change the client, click the Library Look-Up button.  The Search Definition Dialog box appears.  Enter Search Criteria to find the client, and then click Run Search.  A Library Look-Up dialog box appears, listing clients that meet the criteria you entered.

    Select the client you want to delete account numbers, base numbers or WorldLink® IDs from and click OK.  The Input/Modify Tab will now display any accounts, numbers, or IDs assigned to that client.

  4. Select the linked transaction entities to be deleted.  To select multiple entities, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

  5. Click Delete.  A Reason dialog box appears.

  6. Enter a reason for deleting the linkage and click OK to close the dialog box.  The selected entity is deleted and the Account Management Summary Form appears.

Note:
