To modify default access profiles

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Default Access Profile.  The Default Access Profile Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Input Tab.  All default access profiles with a "Processed" status are listed.

  3. Select the default access profile you want to modify.  To select multiple profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

  4. Click Go to Details.  The Default Access Profile Detail Form, containing all available entitlement criteria and the current entitlement rights for the first selected default access profile, appears.

  5. To delete an entitlement right from the access profile:  From the Access Profile Details list box (right pane), select the entitlement right you want to delete and click Delete.  A Warning dialog box appears.  Click Yes to confirm the deletion.  The entitlement is deleted from the Details list box.

To add an entitlement right to Access Profiles:  From the Entitlement Criteria list box (left pane), select the entitlement criteria you want to add.  A Set Up Entitlements For. . . confirmation dialog box appears.  Based on the entitlement criteria selected, the fields in the Set Up Entitlements For. . . confirmation dialog box vary.  Click here for more information on selecting entitlement criteria.

To reset all entitlement rights back to their original settings, click Reset.

  1. Once the default access profile is complete, review the Access Profile Details list box for accuracy, and then click Submit.  The Save As dialog box appears.

  2. Do not edit the access profile name and click OK.  The default access profile is submitted for Authorization and the details of the next selected default access profile appear on the details form.  Note:  At this point two profiles with the same name exist: the original with a "Processed" status and the modified profile with an "Authorization Required" status.
