Note:
To ensure that the search criteria you enter is complete and accurate and that all related fields are populated, it is best to click Library Look-Up buttons, where available, and select criteria from library results lists.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation and then click Account to Service Association. The Account to Service Association Summary Form appears.
Click the Input/Modify Tab.
The Client field defaults to the client to which you are associated. To change the client, click the Library Look Up button. The Search Definition Dialog box appears. Enter Search Criteria to find the client, and then click Run Search. A Library Look-Up Dialog box appears. Select the client with the account or base number that you are associating with a service and click OK. The Input/Modify Tab will now display any accounts or base numbers assigned to that client.
In the Service Class Group field, select the service that you would like to associate with an account or base number. All the client's accounts and base numbers that have already been associated with that service are listed in the summary grid.
Click New, and then select either Account, Base Number, or Accounts via Base Number. A Search Definition Dialog box appears. Note: Depending on your selection, the search criteria will vary.

To find the account that you would like to associate with the present service, do the following:
Enter search criteria in any of the available fields: Branch, Account, Account Name, Country, or Currency. Note: The more information you enter, the more specific your results. If no search criteria is entered, your search will return all accounts.
Click Run Search. A Library Look-Up dialog box appears.
Select the account you want to associate with the current service. To select multiple accounts, drag down sequential lines, or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click OK. An Information dialog box appears confirming that the request was successfully processed.
Click OK. The account is now associated with the selected service and you are returned to the Account to Service Association Summary Form.
To find the base number that you would like to associate with the present service, do the following:
Enter search criteria in any of the available fields: Branch or Customer Base Number. Note: The more information you enter, the more specific your results. If no search criteria is entered, your search will return all base numbers.
Click Run Search. A Library Look-Up dialog box appears.
Select the base number you want to associate with the current service. To select multiple base numbers, drag down sequential lines, or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click OK. An Information dialog box appears confirming that the request was successfully processed.
Click OK. The base number is now associated with the selected service and you are returned to the Account to Service Association Summary Form.
To find the account via base number that you would like to associate with the present service, do the following:
