Account to Service Association

The CitiDirect service class used to associate, or disassociate, accounts and base numbers with CitiDirect service classes, such as Payments, FX, Investments, etc.  To create new account to service associations, the account or base number must already be assigned to a client.  See Account Management for more information.

Once linked to a client, an account or base number can be associated with specific service classes, such as Payments, FX, or Investments.  An account or base number may be associated to more than one type of service class, enabling the account to be used for multiple purposes in CitiDirect.  Restrictions to client account information are determined by Flow Control and Access Profiles.

To access Account to Service Association, click the Activation category on the CitiDirect navigation bar and then click Account to Service Association.  The Account to Service Association Summary Form appears.

Use Account to Service Association to:

• Associate accounts and base numbers with a service

• To delete an account to service association

• Authorize or reject (delete) a service associated with an account or base number
