On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Account to Service Association. The Account to Service Association Summary Form appears.
Click the Authorization Req'd Tab.
The Client field defaults to the client to which you are associated. To change the client, click the Library Look-Up button. The Search Definition Dialog box appears. Enter Search Criteria to find the client, and then click Run Search. A Library Look-Up Dialog box appears.
Select the client with the service association that you are attempting to authorize or reject, and click OK.
In the Service Class Group field, select the service that is associated with the account or base number whose association you are authorizing or rejecting. All accounts or base numbers with service associations that you are entitled to authorize are listed. If you submitted service associations, you cannot authorize them.
Select the account, base number, or account via base number whose service association you are authorizing or rejecting. To select multiple account assignments, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Authorize. An Information dialog box appears confirming that the request was successfully performed.

Click Reject to reject (delete) the service association. A Reason dialog box appears. Enter the reason for rejecting the account assignment and click OK to close the dialog box. Note: If you are rejecting multiple account assignments, you must enter the same reason for all assignments. If the same reason does not apply, select each assignment individually.
