On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Client Entitlement Profile. The Client Entitlement Profile Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All client entitlement profiles with a "Processed" status are listed.
Select the client entitlement profile you want to modify. To select multiple profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The Client Entitlements Profile Detail Form, containing all available entitlement criteria and the current entitlement rights for the first selected client entitlement profile, appears.
To delete an entitlement right from the access profile: From the Please select from the available service classes/criteria list box (left pane), select the entitlement right you want to delete and click Delete. A Warning dialog box appears. Click Yes to confirm the deletion. The entitlement is deleted from the Current Service Class Criteria Values list box (right pane).

To add an entitlement right to Access Profiles: From the Please select from the available service classes/criteria list box (left pane), select the entitlement criteria you want to add. A Set Up Entitlements For. . . confirmation dialog box appears. Based on the entitlement criteria selected, the fields in the Set Up Entitlements For. . . confirmation dialog box vary. To reset all entitlement rights back to their original settings, click Reset.
Once the client entitlement profile is complete, review the Current Service Class Criteria Values list box for accuracy, and then click Submit. The Save As dialog box appears.
Do not edit the access profile name and click OK. The client entitlement profile is submitted for Authorization and the details of the next selected client entitlement profile appear on the details form. Note: At this point two profiles with the same name exist: the original with a "Processed" status and the modified profile with an "Authorization Required" status.
Notes:
If multiple client entitlement profiles were selected and you do not want to modify the current client entitlement profile, click Next to view the details of the next selected client entitlement profile. Once this form contains the details of the last selected client entitlement profile, click Next or Submit to return to the summary form.
Modifying a client entitlement profile will not alter the access rights users already linked to that access profile.
The modified client entitlement profile is not available until it is authorized.
The original client entitlement profile remains active until the modified client entitlement profile is authorized.
If you enter a new name in the Save As dialog box, two profiles with different names will exist: one with the original entitlement rights and one with the modified entitlement rights. The status of the modified profile is changed to "Authorization Required," and the original access profile remains active.
To print the details for the current client entitlement profile, click Other Options, and then click Print.
To return to the summary form at any time click Return to Summary.
