Product Position Report

The Product Position Report lists the position of specific products and collector accounts. Total numbers of transactions and amounts for collection items in each state (outstanding, collected etc) within a selected date range are shown. The report displays the consolidated totals for all transactions displayed. The Product Position Report can be found in the Collections - Latin America Receivables Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.

Note: To view amounts owed to an account for collection items of a particular state, click on the Amount field for the collection state to see the Summary by Status Page.
