Report Selection CriteriaThe Receivables Statement Report contains information about the original amounts and the collected amounts for collection items within a selected date range. This report allows you to view the relationship between the original amounts and accumulated amounts of payments for a collection item. The Receivables Statement Report can be found in the Collections - Latin America Receivables Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.
Note: To view detailed information about the original collection item, click the Original Amount and the Collection Items Detail Report appears. To view detailed information about the collected amounts, click the Collected Amount and the Payments Details Report appears.
