Protest Status Report

The Protest Status Report contains summary information for collection items that have been sent to or retrieved from Protest. This report allows you to search for collection items that match your criteria and then view the details for a specific collection item. The Protest Status Report can be found in the Collections - Latin America Receivables Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.

Note: To view details about a specific collection item, double-click the Citibank Reference Number and the Protest Status Details Report appears.
