Lockbox Preformat

The Lockbox Preformat service class enables you to prepare an existing Citibank Account Number for Lockbox data entry.  This service class allows you to enter details about the Lockbox, associate Lockboxes with that account number; and, if required by the Customer, define the specific transaction details that must be reported for each Lockbox.  Lockbox preformat information can be entered at three levels:  Lockbox Account Summary, Lockbox Summary, and Lockbox Transaction Details.

To access Lockbox Preformat, click Maintenance on the CitiDirect navigation bar, and then click Lockbox Preformat.  The Lockbox Preformat Form appears.

Use Lockbox Preformat to:

• Establish an existing CitiDirect account number as a Lockbox Account

• Modify an existing Lockbox Preformat

• Delete a Lockbox Preformat

• View preformat details for a Lockbox Account

Note:

• An unlimited number of boxes can be defined and associated with a Lockbox Account Number.
