To modify a Concentration structure

From the Define Structure Form:

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Liquidity Support.  The Liquidity Support Summary Form appears.

2. Click the Fast Track Tab.  A list of all your existing liquidity structures that you may modify appears.

3. Select the liquidity structure you want to modify.  Only one structure may be selected.  Note:  To find a specific liquidity structure, click Other Options, and then click Search.

4. Click Go to Structure.  The Define Structure Form appears.  All accounts within the selected liquidity structure are listed in the form of a tree diagram.  Note:  Click the plus sign (+) to the left of an account number to view account relationships within the structure.

5. Click on any account that requires modification.  Based on the liquidity structure selected, make any of the following modifications:

• Add accounts to the liquidity structure

• Delete accounts from the liquidity structure

• Replace an account within the liquidity structure

• Modify Header Account Details: Concentration

• Modify Intermediate Header Account Details

• Modify Sub Account Details: Concentration

6. Once all modifications are complete, and you have returned to the Define Structure Form, click Submit.  The modified structure is treated as new and subject to all Flow Control requirements.

Click Hold-Save to save any changes and remain on this form.

From the Structure Details Form:

1. Repeat steps 1 through 4 above.

2. Click Structure Details.  The Structure Details Form appears.

3. Make any necessary modification and click OK-Continue.  You are returned to the Define Structure Form.

4. On the Define Structure Form, click Submit.  The modified structure is treated as new and subject to all Flow Control requirements.

Click Hold-Save to save any changes and remain on this form.

Notes:

• When using the Search feature to find a liquidity structure, the following fields can be selected as filter fields and as primary or secondary sorts:  Currency, Branch, Product Type, Structure Type, and Status.

• To refresh the summary list with the most recent data, click Other Options, and then click Update Screen.

• To return to the Fast Track Tab, click Return to Summary.  A confirmation dialog box appears.

• Click No to cancel any modifications and return to the summary form.

• Click Yes to validate and save the structure details before returning to the summary form.
