To update and acknowledge receipt of the liquidity structure details

1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Liquidity Support.  The Liquidity Support Summary Form appears.

2. Click the Acknowledge Req'd Tab.  A list of available liquidity structures that you may modify appears.

3. Select the liquidity structure you want to acknowledge.  Only one structure may be selected.

4. Click Go to Structure.  The Define Structure Form appears.  All accounts within the selected liquidity structure are listed in the form of a tree diagram.  Note:  Click the plus sign (+) to the left of an account number to view account relationships within the structure.

5. Click on any account that requires modification.  The appropriate Header Details, Intermediate Header Details, or Sub Account Details dialog box appears.  Based on the liquidity structure selected, make any of the following modifications:

• Add accounts to the liquidity structure

• Delete accounts from the liquidity structure

• Replace an account within the liquidity structure

• Modify Header Account Details: Concentration

• Modify Intermediate Header Account Details

• Modify Sub Account Details: Concentration

6. Once all modifications are complete, click Acknowledge.  The modified structure is acknowledged and moves to the next step in the Flow Control process.

Click Hold-Save to save any changes and remain on this form.

Notes:

• To view the changes made to a structure, click View Changes.

• To return to the summary form, click Return to Summary.
