The Refund Advice Report lists all canceled or stopped transactions with written confirmation items refunded on a specific date. Information in this report is sorted by Instrument Number and grouped by Customer Code, Product Code, Currency, and Account. The Refund Advice Report can be found in the Payments - Asia Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.
