Lockbox Account Summary Report

The Lockbox Summary Report lists deposit totals for transactions processed from each lockbox.  The report displays availability breakouts and status.  Information in this report is sorted by Reported Date/Time.  The Lockbox Account Summary Report can be found in the Collections - NA Lockbox Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.

Note:  To view specific account and box-level information, click on the Available Amount and the Lockbox Account and Box Summary Report appears.
