The Lockbox Detail Report lists individual details, where available, of transactions processed through a lockbox and any additional data added through lockbox processing. The Lockbox Detail Report displays information for a specific date. Information on this report is grouped by Account Number/Branch. The Lockbox Detail Report can be found in the Collections - NA Lockbox Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.
