Statement Delivery Status Report

The Statement Delivery Status Report shows information on when the last statement has been received and posted to CitiDirect for an account. The report contains the time when the statement was processed, indicating when the statement becomes available for reports to be run from it. The Statement Delivery Status Report can be found in the Cash Statements Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.
