The Logon Activity Report displays the number of unsuccessful and successful logon attempts for various users of a selected Client. It provides a monitoring tool for logon activity into CitiDirect where a valid user credential is supplied. Data will be captured for up to 50 sessions per day per user credential based on a 24 hour server time. No more than 25 attempts will be counted per user per session. Data for reporting will be retained for 6 months. The Logon Activity Report can be found in the Access Management Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.
