Report Selection CriteriaThe Account Management Summary Report displays all the additions and deletions that were made to account management for a client. This report will also capture any changes made to the Account Name. The Account Management Summary Report can be found in the Access Management Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.
