On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Automated File and Report Delivery. The Automated File and Report Delivery Summary Form appears.
On the Input/Modify Tab select the scheduled event you want to modify. To select multiple scheduled events, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected scheduled event appear on the Automated File and Report Delivery Detail Form.
Make any necessary modifications. Click here for a description of the fields on this form.
Click Submit. If more than one scheduled event was selected on the summary form, the details of the next selected scheduled event appear. Note: If you do not want to modify the current scheduled event, click Next to view the next selected scheduled event.
Continue this process until all selected scheduled events have been modified and submitted. Note: When the detail form contains the detailed information for the last selected scheduled event, click Submit or Next to return to the summary form.
Notes:
The last person to modify and submit a scheduled event becomes it's owner.
When modifying a scheduled event with a status of "Scheduled," the original scheduled event will continue to run until the modified scheduled event has finished the approval process. Once the modified scheduled event is approved, the original scheduled event is automatically deleted.
To save changes to a scheduled event without submitting them for authorization, click Save.
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.
