If a scheduled event has been sent to repair during the authorization process, it is listed on the Repair Required Tab with a "Repair Required" status.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Maintenance, and then click Automated File and Report Delivery. The Automated File and Report Delivery Summary Form appears.
On the Repair Required Tab, select the scheduled event you want to repair. To select multiple scheduled events, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The details of the first selected scheduled event appear on the Automated File and Report Delivery Detail Form.
Click View Error Messages. The Errors dialog box appears.
Review any errors listed and click OK to close the dialog box.
Make any necessary corrections. Click here for a description of the fields on this form.
Click Submit. The detail form clears and the scheduled event is saved and submitted for validation and processing. If you do not want to repair the current scheduled event, click Next to view the details of the next selected scheduled event. Note: If multiple scheduled events were selected, the details of the next selected scheduled event appear. Once all selected scheduled events are repaired, click Next or Submit to return to the summary form.
Notes:
The scheduled event moves to the next step in the process as defined by Flow Control requirements.
To add or view comments, click Other Options and then click Comments. A details dialog box, allowing you to enter and view comments, appears. Enter comments about the scheduled event and click OK.
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.
To print the details of the current scheduled event click Print.
