SDR Reports for Cananda can be found in the SDR Reports service class in the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar.
To run a new report:
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click All Reports, and then select SDR Reports. Note: The names of any edited and saved reports are listed.
Select SDR Reports and click Edit Report. The Edit Criteria form appears.
Specify report criteria. Note: Required fields are identified by a red asterisk ( * ).
The following reports may be requested:
Click Run. The report output appears on the View Reports Tab with a "Waiting" status. When the report output is ready for viewing, its status appears as "Available."
Select the "Available" report and click View Report or double-click the report output. Note: The report output behavior depends on the report format. Click here for more information on report formats.
To run a saved report:
From the All Reports category on the CitiDirect navigation bar, select SDR Reports. Note: The names of any edited reports are listed.
Select the desired report in the Report Summary Pane. Any available versions (output) of the selected report appear on the View Reports Tab. Note: If a report does not retrieve the desired information, you can edit the report selection criteria. Click here for more information on editing report selection criteria.
Click Run. The report output appears on the View Reports Tab with a "Waiting" status. When the report output is ready for viewing, its status appears as "Available."
Select the "Available" report and click View Report or double-click the report output. Note: The report output behavior depends on the report format. Click here for more information on report formats.
Notes:
You must indicate criteria for Account Number and Rule-Off Date or else you will receive an 'Invalid Criteria" error message.
If the report status is "Failed," select it, click Other Options, and then select Details. The Output Detail dialog box appears. All details related to the report appear and any errors are listed in the Message list box.
If you do not apply filters to a report selection criteria field, the report includes all information for that field. For example, if you do not specify currency, the report includes information for all currencies.
Your global My Preference settings for Date Format are not reflected in SDR Reports. The format applied to reports is mm/dd/yyyy only, which is the date format in the SDR system.
