The View Tab is a view only form that lists all service request transactions, regardless of their current status and who submitted them.

Range transactions appear as a single row on the Input/Modify and Authorization Req'd tabs; however, once a transaction that was submitted as a range is released from CitiDirect to the SDR Systems, the transaction appears as a series of transactions on the View tab, with the status of each of transactions listed as Released. The original range transaction is marked as Deleted, and is not be visible on the View tab.
To submit a service request transaction listed on the View tab, select the service request transaction and click Submit. To select multiple items, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
To delete a service request transaction listed on the View tab, select the service request transaction and click Delete. To select multiple items, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
To view the check image for a service request transaction listed on the View tab, select the service request transaction and click View Check Image. To select multiple items, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
To search for a specific transaction, slick the Search Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form. For more information on using the Search Definition Dialog Box, click here.
To print the information for the summary form, click the Print Button at the bottom of the left side of the summary form or click Other Options and click Print.
