On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click User Profile. The User Profile Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All user profiles with a "Processed" or "Repair Req'd" status are listed.
Select the user profiles you want to modify. To select multiple profiles, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines.
Click Go to Details. The User Profile Detail Form, containing the details of the first selected user profile, appears.
Make the necessary changes. Click here for information on editing credentials.
Click Submit. If more than one user profile was selected on the summary form, the details of the next selected profile automatically appear. Note: If you do not want to modify the current profile, click Next to view the next selected profile.
Continue this process until all selected user profiles have been modified and submitted. Note: When the details form contains the last selected profile, click Submit or Next to return to the Input Tab.
Notes:
To print the details for the current user profile, click Other Options, and then click Print.
To return to the summary form at any time click Return to Summary.
The modified user profile is not active until it is authorized.
The original user profile remains in effect until the modified user profile is authorized.
The person who submits user profile modifications cannot authorize them.
