This topic relates to assigning access profiles to new users without any access profiles. To modify the access profiles of an existing user, see the topic To modify user entitlements.
On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click User Entitlements. The User Entitlements Summary Form appears.
Click the Input Tab. All user entitlements with a "Processed" or "Repair Required" status appear.
Click New. A Select a User dialog box appears.
Locate the user to whom you want to assign access profiles. To select multiple users, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines. Note: To search for specific users, click Search.
Click OK. The details of the first selected user appear.
Under the Assigned Access Profiles Form, click Add. A Library Look-Up Dialog box appears, containing a list of possible access profiles to be assigned. Note: If you are linked to multiple clients, then access profiles for all linked clients appears, along with the name of the linked client.
Select the access profiles that you want to assign to the present user and then click OK. The selected access profiles now appear in the Assigned Access Profiles Form.
Click Submit. The form clears and the user entitlement proceeds to authorization. Note: If you selected multiple users, the details of the next selected user appear.
Repeat steps 6-8 for each selected user.
Notes:
When the details form contains the details of the last selected entitlement, click Submit or Next to return to the summary form.
To return to the summary form at any time, click Return to Summary.
To print the details of the current entitlement, click Other Options, and then click Print.
To view any error messages attached to the current entitlement, click Other Options, and then click View Error Messages. The Errors dialog box appears. Review any error messages and click OK to close the dialog box.
