To delete all of a user's entitlements

This topic relates to deleting all of a user's entitlements.  To delete individual entitlements from a user, see the topic To modify user entitlements.

From the User Entitlements Summary Form:  Input Tab:

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Access Management, and then click User Entitlements.  The User Entitlements Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Input Tab.  All user entitlements with a "Processed" or "Repair Required" status are listed.

  3. Select the user entitlements you want to delete.  To select multiple entitlements, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.

  4. Click Delete. A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter a reason for deleting the entitlements and click OK.  The deleted user entitlement moves to the Authorize tab and its status changes to "Authorization Required for Delete."  Note:  You must enter the same reason for all selected user entitlements.  If different reasons apply, select and delete entitlements individually.

From the User Entitlement Detail Form:

  1. Select user entitlements as described in steps 1 through 3 above.

  2. Click Go to Details.  The details of the first selected user entitlement appear on the User Entitlements Detail Form.

  3. Click Delete.  A Reason dialog box appears.  Enter a reason for deleting the user entitlement and click OK.  If you selected multiple user entitlements, the details of the next selected entitlement appear.  Note:  If you do not want to delete the current user entitlement, click Next to review detailed information for the next selected entitlement.

  4. Repeat step 3 until all selected user entitlements are deleted.  When the details form contains the details of the last selected user entitlement, click Delete or Next to return to the summary form.
