To respond to an incoming message

  1. On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Trade Services.  The Trade Services Summary Form appears.

  2. Click the Incoming Messages Tab.  All incoming messages with the status of "Unread," "Pending Response," or "Pending Final Response" are listed.

  3. Select the transaction that requires a response.  To select multiple incoming messages, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual lines that are not sequential.
