Solution Assigner

The CitiDirect service class used to assign one or more solution packages to a client, making the services included in the assigned solution packages available for use.  The client will use these solution packages to conduct CitiDirect business activities, such as payment processing, foreign exchange, trade services, etc.

On the CitiDirect navigation bar, click Activation, and then click Solution Assigner.  The Solution Assigner Summary Form appears.

Use Solution Assigner to:

• Assign a solution package to a client

• Delete a solution package/client association

• Authorize or Reject client/solution package assignments

• View client/solution package assignment details

• Search or sort the summary list to find specific clients or solution packages

• Print a summary list of clients and their solution package assignments
