On the CitiDirect navigation bar click Receivables Collections. The Receivables Collections Summary Form appears.
Click the Input/Modify Tab. All existing direct debit instructions with a status of "Input," "Verification Required," "Authorization Required," or "Release Required," that you are entitled to modify, appear.
Select the direct debit instruction you want to modify. To select multiple items, drag the cursor down sequential lines or hold the CTRL key as you click to select individual items that are not sequential.
Click Go to Details. The Receivables Collections Detail Form for the direct debit instruction you selected appears. Click here for a list of the available direct debit transaction types.
Make any necessary modifications.
Click Submit. The modifications are validated and move to the next state in the Flow Control process. If multiple items were selected from the summary form, the details of the next selected direct debit instruction appear.

Click Submit with Preformat to submit the direct debit instruction for validation and save the payment information as a preformat. Both the payment and the preformat move to the next step in their respective processes as defined by Flow Control requirements. If multiple items were selected from the summary form, the details of the next selected direct debit instruction appear. Note: Submit with Preformat is not available when modifying a transaction created from a mandate.
Notes:
If multiple instructions are selected and you do not want to modify the current instruction, click Next to modify the next direct debit instruction.
To enter a comment, click Other Options and then click Comment.
To review the history of a transaction, click Other Options and then click Transaction History.
To print the details of the current transaction, click Other Options and then click Print.
