Payments

CitiDirect service class that enables you to input, modify, authorize, view, and release payments to Citibank.  It also enables you to get and accept foreign exchange rates.

To access Payments, click Payments on the CitiDirect navigation bar and select any links to the process tabs, such as Modify.  The Payments Summary Form appears.

Use Payments to:

• Enter payments using preformats

• Enter payments using Quick Entry from preformat

• Enter full payment details

• Modify payments

• Delete payments

• View payment details

• Authorize, Return for Repair, or Delete payments

• Release Payments

• Repair Payments

• Verify, Return for Repair, or Delete payments

• Submit payment service requests

• Specify filter criteria to create batches for authorization

• Authorize a batch of payment transactions

• Delete a batch of payment transactions

• View all payment transactions within a batch

• Specify filter criteria to create batches for release

• Release a batch of payments

• Access FX rates online

• Manually enter FX rates

• Search or sort to find payments

• View existing, or enter new comments to a payment

• Review payment totals

• Review transaction history

• Print a summary list of selected payments
