Categories, listed on the navigation bar, organize service classes into logical groups. Service classes provide access to the various functions that you can perform using CitiDirect. Service class availability varies based on your Solution Package and Access Profile.

The Inbox provide access to messages, status information, or tasks awaiting input. Click here for information on the Inbox Summary Form.
The Access Management category provides access to the following CitiDirect service classes. Generally, the Access Management category is available to Security Managers only.
The All Reports category contains service classes, which are used to group CitiDirect reports. Each service class contains unique reports designed for a specific business purpose. Click here for a listing of CitiDirect Reports by service class.
As a tool for making business decisions, CitiDirect offers the ability to view real-time inquiries. You can specify the inquiry criteria to determine the information you want to see. Inquiry results are available in both summary and detail views. Click here for an alphabetical listing of CitiDirect Inquiries.

clicking Preferences at the bottom of the navigation bar:
Client Linkage (for entitled users only)
Change Password (for users with Secured Password IDs only)
The following help options are available by clicking the Help button at the bottom of the navigation bar:
Click Online Help for context-sensitive help. A help window containing information specific to the active CitiDirect form appears. Click Show Contents in the upper left of the Online Help window. The window splits into three panes. The top pane contains a toolbar with the Contents, Index, and Search tabs as well as a Full-Text Search box. The left pane contains the Online Help Table of Contents and browse sequence buttons. Click Hide to hide the Table of Contents and expand the help topic left.
Click the Close button to log out of CitiDirect.
A confirmation dialog box appears, click OK. All CitiDirect windows will close.
